The Stockton House Vacation Rental Suites, Restaurant and full service Bar

The Stockton House Restaurant, after being closed for a long period of time, reopened it's doors in March 2005 and has rapidly become one of the finest places to dine in Rabun County.

Opened under new ownership in 2005 by John and Joann Pierce of Clayton Ga., and Dave and Kathy Heitz of Sylva, NC, the business has flourished. Not only does the restaurant serve the finest food in Rabun County, we have also just opened our new Bistro Lounge which offers a fantastic full service bar and appetizer menu.

On Friday and Saturday evenings you can dine and dance the night away to "Music by Mark" Diffenbacher.

The dinner menu offers prime Angus hand cut steaks, fresh seafood, award winning ribs, and melt in your mouth slow-roasted Prime Rib. Chef Bob Tocci always has several tasty specials to surprise our guests each evening. The "Giant" Shrimp cocktail is the restaurant's signature appetizer.

All meals include bread, salad, entree, and a choice of two side dishes. The portions are very generous, as our motto is "you'll never leave hungry".

We are very proud of our staff which offers very friendly and efficient service. Bonnie Edmonds, Tonna Bradshaw, and Christine Welch have been with us since reopening.

We do accept reservations, and encourage you to make them, especially on the weekends. The restaurant serves dinner Tuesday through Saturday from 5pm until 9pm, and the Bistro Lounge opens at 4pm daily with appetizers and cocktails.

We offer "off premises" catering for small or large parties and we also have a banquet room for parties of upto 75 people.
